Milton K.: "★★★★★" I know you have all heard the phrase "diamond in the rough"... Well, the experience you will have when you visit China House III will bring a slightly new meaning to that phrase... In the Tilghman Square Shopping Center in Allentown with many other stores featuring arts and crafts and antiques, movies, auto parts, office supplies an...d more, you will find this diamond I am referring to... China House III. Once you walk through the doors you are greeted by a flowing wall of water and transported from an ordinary shopping center to an Asian paradise with beautiful decorations, friendly staff and superb cuisine... This "spa like" atmosphere provides a relaxing dining experience while the Chef "spices" things up in the Hibachi dining room... There are two other dining areas each with their own unique look and ambiance... and let’s not forget the Sushi Bar with a wonderful selection of fresh, hand rolled Sushi and unique appetizers... This is Asian Fusion dining at its finest... As for recommendations, I like everything on the menu... Each item is skillfully prepared and artfully presented… Each dish is a treat for your eyes as well as your palate… As for desert, I recommend you try the fried “green tea” ice cream… It’s the owner’s favorite and after I tried it, mine too… Thank you for reading this review… Hope to see you at China House III… Sincerely, Chef Milt.

Milton K.: Well... We had dinner at the restaurant on Friday and once again the food was superb and the presentation eaqually as impressive... I have seen magazine covers where the food was not even close to looking as good as what China House III s...erves... The staff was once again friendly, fast and always smiling... While we were there we had a chance to talk to Mei (the owner) who told us about some changes comming to the restaurant in about a week... I'm not going to spoil the surprise, but I can tell you that it sounds great and I would suggest that everyone stop by for lunch or dinner and check it out... We hope to see you there...
